  • Process Document

    • In addition to the normal processing of a document (e.g. Sales Quote to a Sales Order), a document can be duplicated (with a new number) or a special process can be performed that allows for a document to be created of a type completely different from the original (e.g. Creation of a Purchase Order based on a Sales Order)

    • Each user has his/her own cash register on each PC in the BFMP synchronization network

    • Users are assigned access controls

    • Transactions are performed on the local computer regardless of whether or not an internet connection is available
    • If there are multiple locations set up for synchronization via Filemaker Pro Server, local data can be synchronized to the other remote PCs through the server when the internet connection becomes available.
